We are pleased to offer our returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.  When purchasing an item at Truce, we want you to be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund, exchange it for something else of similar value or ask for store credit.

IN STORE

The length of time that you can return or exchange your purchase is 30 days from the purchase date.

ONLINE

The length of time that you can return or exchange your purchase is 14 days from the purchase date.

ALL returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within specified 30 days of purchase. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for full details. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.  

Items sold online may have been removed from packaging to be displayed in our store but will always be shipped out in new packaging, in perfect condition. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over £25, additional delivery charges may be applied on discounted or sale items.
