Shipping & returns
All of our orders will be sent out via the Royal Mail, at a minimum of First Class recorded delivery, depending on the physical size of the order.
We offer free shipping on all orders over £10, except where stated on large or heavy items (above 1.5kg) such as cabinets that may have fragile materials and other large or heavy furniture items.
At the moment we only offer shipping within the UK for our full catalogue but please note that we do not currently offer a Next Working Day Delivery service. We will do our best to dispatch any orders placed before 12noon on the same day for delivery in 1 -2 days at no extra cost.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item or items you have purchased, you have 14 calendar days to return them, with the original receipt and packaging to Truce. Please ensure items are returned in an 'as new' condition, unworn and with all labels and tags intact and NOT removed. We will not accept returns of any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
Postage and packing charges will not be refunded. We cannot provide free returns, so any cost of return is at the customers cost. We recommend that every item sent in the post is sent at least recorded
As with refunds in store, the item needs to be returned in the same condition as it was sold to you to obtain a refund and we reserve the right to refuse a refund after 30 days. Refunds will be credited to you via the original payment method.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations Act you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please note some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (such as earrings).
Please log into your account and if the order status is still “Processing” it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address to [email protected].
Sometimes items purchased online may not be available, if this is the case with any items ordered, we will be in contact immediately to either offer a full refund or an alternative item from stock or inform your of the expected delivery time of the item.
